Flat Jacks Valuation Report

A Flat Jacks Valuation Report can be chosen in the event of a cash property purchase.

It is similar in detail to a Mortgage Valuation Report, provides basic information about the property and is suitable for conventionally built properties, which have been maintained to a reasonable standard. It provides a concise summary of the property's features, character, location and condition along with a Market Valuation and guidance on rebuilding cost.

Other examples of when a Flat Jacks Valuation Report may be required include Matrimonial breakdown and Probate following a death.

Mortgage Valuation Report

brookstreet

A mortgage valuation is carried out on behalf of the Lender in order to decide if a property will provide suitable security in return for the money you have asked to borrow. It is designed by and for the Lender.

Our contract is with the Lender and as a consequence it is not possible to discuss the contents with yourself. Items that may not be significant to the Lender may be extremely significant to yourself.

It is vitally important to commission your own report in order to obtain as much information as possible about the overall condition, cost and risk involved prior to legal obligation to purchase.
